Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag microwave popcorn
    1/4 stick Parkay (other brands don't work)
    1/4 c. light brown sugar
    8 to 10 caramels
Preparation
    Microwave popcorn as per the directions.
    While it is popping, put Parkay, sugar and caramels in a small saucepan, melting sugar and Parkay before adding caramels.
    Stir until the caramels are melted.
    Open microwaved popcorn and pour into a container sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Be careful that no uncooked kernels go into container.
    Pour caramel mixture over popcorn covering the top of all the corn.
    Shake it around a little to distribute the caramel. Good snack for bedtime.
    Be careful when eating it at first because it will stay hot for a little while.
