Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 c. rice (not instant)
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    2 cans chicken rice soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Combine with remaining ingredients. Put into 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
