Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne red pepper
    2 c. grated New York State sharp cheese
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and cayenne red pepper together.
    Mix sifted ingredients with cheese, pecans and margarine.
    Shape into rolls and chill.
    Slice not quite 1/4-inch thick.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Chill mixture may be stored in refrigerator.
