Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
yellow cake mix
Preparation

Mix 1st four ingredients until smooth. Follow directions on yellow cake mix to make cake batter. Pour cake mix into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Slowly spoon cheese mixture over cake batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or slightly longer. Top will become brown.
