Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 1/3 c. flour
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream butter and powdered sugar and 2 cups flour.
Mix with wooden spoon until blended.
Pat into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients in blender and blend 20 to 25 minutes.
Pour over hot baked crust.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cool and cut into bars.
