London Broil Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 garlic clove or onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 to 3 lb. London broil
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Use as a marinade.
    Pour over meat, refrigerating for 1 to 1 1/2 days.
    May be then broiled in oven, but best cooked on grill.
