Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
3 eggs
1 c. Borden condensed milk
4 to 5 Key limes (1/2 c. juice)
Preparation

Bake graham cracker crust in a 300\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
Separate 3 eggs.
Beat yolks.
Set aside whites.
Add condensed milk and stir.
Squeeze limes.
Add to mixture and stir.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into Key lime mixture.
Pour mixture into baked shell.
Bake in a slow oven (250\u00b0) for 1 hour until set.
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
