Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cooked yellow summer squash
    2 medium onions
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 slices bread, soaked in 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, separated (beat whites)
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients but egg whites and buttered cracker crumbs
    and fold whites in last.
    Bake, in buttered casserole, topped with buttered cracker crumbs, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
