Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked pie crust
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until set.
