Lo-Fat French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. cinnamon applesauce
    4 slices whole wheat bread
Preparation
    Lightly oil a nonstick pan (skillet) and beat on medium heat. Lightly beat together egg whites and applesauce by hand.
    Soak each slice of bread on both sides.
    Brown bread in nonstick skillet on both sides.
    Top each slice with 1 teaspoon strawberry jam.
    One gm. fat per serving.
