Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large bell peppers, cut out tops and scrape out all seeds
1 lb. ground beef
1 box broccoli and cheese rice mix
1 (16 oz.) can seasoned tomato sauce
cheese slices
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Brown and drain ground beef. Make rice mix according to directions, except substitute tomato sauce for water. If not enough tomato sauce, finish up with water.
