Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream margarine and 1 1/2 cup sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and cream of tartar.
    Mix thoroughly and put in refrigerator overnight.
    Roll into balls the size of a walnut; roll in cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar mixed together.
    Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
