Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boned chicken breast halves
2 to 3 lemons, grate peel
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Remove skin, dry chicken.
Squeeze 2 lemons over and put aside 2 to 3 hours.
Combine flour and paprika and coat chicken.
Saute chicken until brown.
Mix lemon peel, sugar, salt, pepper and sprinkle on chicken.
Add broth.
Cook, covered, 25 minutes on top of stove.
Add water as needed.
Slice lemon and arrange on top of chicken.
Cook 10 minutes.
