Frozen Canned Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 gal. unpeeled peaches, sliced
2 c. vinegar
7 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix and cook slowly in large cooker until thick. Cool completely. Freeze in freezer containers.
Taste is like old fashioned dried peaches.
