Cheesy Potatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes, washed well (white or red, new potatoes are good too!!)
6 to 8 slices bacon (one slice per potato)
Velveeta cheese
butter
onion (optional) *
Preparation

Slice potatoes with peelings left on to desired thickness. Put in microwave bowl and cover with water.
Cook on High temperature until tender.
Drain well.
Cook bacon until crisp. Layer potatoes, sliced cheese and bacon pieces and small pats of butter.
Keep layering until all potatoes are used.
Heat in microwave on High until cheese and butter are melted.
