Peach Yogurt Summer Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 very ripe peaches, pitted and peeled
    1 c. low-fat peach or vanilla yogurt
    8 oz. seltzer
Preparation
    Chill all ingredients.
    Combine in a blender container. Process well until smooth.
    Serve in punch cups.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg; garnish with a mint leaf.
    Makes 6 servings, under 55 calories each.
