Angel Flake Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie crust
1 qt. milk
Angel Flake coconut
3 egg yolks, (save whites for top)
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix yolks, cornstarch, vanilla, sugar.
Heat milk hot but not boiling.
Then stir in egg mixture (if thick add a little water to smooth).
Remove from heat and stir in coconut to your taste. Beat egg whites stiff.
Put on top of pie, sprinkle with coconut. Place pie in oven and brown top at 350\u00b0.
