White Sage Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. fresh white sage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. dry yeast
crushed, roasted pinon nuts
1/4 c. water (lukewarm)
1 egg
1 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Preparation

In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Blend in blender the egg, cottage cheese, butter and yeast water.
Blend.
Transfer into a large bowl.
Gradually add flour mixture; knead until stiff dough is formed.
Cover with a dry cloth and let rest in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
