Apple Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
8 to 10 apples (more if needed)

Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Sift together baking powder and flour.
If butter is slightly stiff, add a little milk.
Pour butter into a 13 x 14-inch sheet pan.
Slice apples and mix with cinnamon and sugar.
Place on top of batter.
Cook in oven at 350\u00b0.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes until apples are done.
