Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease or spray a 1 1/2-quart round casserole dish.
In a large bowl, mix flour and the next 4 ingredients with a fork.
With a pastry blender or 2 knives used scissor fashion; cut in butter or margarine.
