Crab And Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    6 oz. frozen crabmeat, thawed
    4 eggs (or use egg substitute)
    1 c. lite evaporated milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs.
    Add milk, mustard, nutmeg and sherry.
    Mix well.
    Drain spinach.
    Add spinach, cheese and crabmeat to egg mixture.
    Stir well.
    Place pie shell in glass pie plate.
    Pour mixture into pie shell.
    Microwave on Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until set in center.
    Rotate dish 1/4 turn at 10 minute intervals during cooking time.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
