Alice Rae'S Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 small onion
    1 bell pepper
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. chopped stuffed olives
    1 small jar diced pimento
    juice of 1 lemon or lime
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and dry broccoli, then chop stalks and tops into medium-to-fine size cubes; leave some flowerets large enough so that they are indentifiable.
    Chop and add remaining ingredients. Add juice from lemon or lime and salt and pepper.
    Add mayonnaise and mix all.
    May be served immediately.
    Keeps well in refrigerator for several days.
    Serve as a main dish salad or serve over a slice or two of whole wheat bread for a delicious open-face sandwich.
    Good for a crowd.
