Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can condensed milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. lime juice
Preparation

Combine milk, egg yolks and 1 stiffly beaten egg white.
Mix well.
Pour into baked and cooled pie shell.
Beat remaining 3 egg whites and gradually add 6 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar.
Spread egg whites on top of pie.
Bake at 250\u00b0 until egg whites are golden brown.
