Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small ripe bananas
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mash bananas.
    Add sugar, egg, oleo and vanilla.
    Add soda and flour which have been combined.
    Add pecans.
    Blend all ingredients on medium speed for about 5 minutes.
    Pour batter into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
