Hot Baked Sausages - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 Italian sausages (6 hot and 6 sweet) or 3 to 4 Polish kielbasa or 6 Spanish chorizos or 6 Portuguese linguicas
8 long, thin, pale green peppers or 6 dark green bell peppers, cut in eighths
3 medium onions, peeled and cut into eighths
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Lightly oil a large foil-lined roasting pan with vegetable oil.
Cut sausages into 1/2-inch slices and place in pan.
Add peppers and onions to pan.
Place in preheated oven and bake, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Slip under the broiler and brown for a few minutes, if necessary.
