Bleu Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 clove garlic
    1 1/2 to 3 oz. chopped Danish Bleu cheese (adjust amount to taste)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. Louisiana pepper sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled and icy
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except milk and chill for 30 minutes. Beat milk until peaks form.
    Fold in cheese mixture.
    Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
