Whole Wheat Pizza Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. dry yeast
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil (olive or vegetable)
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. white flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add honey and salt.
Let stand to thicken.
Add oil, then flours, gradually.
Knead for 5 minutes, until elastic.
Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled (approximately 45 minutes).
Punch down, and divide into two portions for spreading out with fingers onto two greased cookie sheets.
Top with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
