Cranberry-Strawberry Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. or 4 c. ground cranberries
3 red apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1 1/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Mix cranberries, apples and sugar.
Leave set overnight or for a few hours.
Prepare gelatin.
Chill until slightly thickened and fold in the cranberries, apples, pineapple and marshmallows. Chill until firm and serve with whipped cream if desired.
