Skillet Cornmeal Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 C. Bisquick
    1/2 C. cornmeal
    2/3 C. evaporated milk
    1 C. oil
    1 C. margarine
Preparation
    Blend oil and margarine in skillet.
    Stir Bisquick, cornmeal and milk with a fork until a soft dough.
    Knead 10 to 12 times on a lightly floured cutting board.
    Roll dough 1/4 inch thick.
    Cut with a floured 1 1/2 inch cutter.
    Fry half the round at a time over medium heat until a delicate brown, turning only once.
    Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
