Barbecued Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thin slices lemon
1/4 c. minced parsley
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. fresh rosemary
1 1/2 c. sherry
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
4 Tbsp. olive oil
4 to 5 lb. leg of lamb
Preparation
-
Wipe leg of lamb with a paper towel.
Combine the ingredients listed.
Marinate the lamb in glass Pyrex dish, spooning marinade over lamb for several hours.
