Aunt Dolly'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    1 medium onion
    parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
    3 slices white bread, cubed
    milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. butter
    corn flakes
Preparation
    Butter pan.
    Cook potatoes in skins. Cool.
    Dice. Put in bowl.
    Sprinkle them with parsley, salt and pepper.
    Stir. Then repeat again. Dice onion.
    Add and stir.
    Add bread and stir.
    Cut cheese into 16 slices, then quarter.
    Add and stir.
    Add enough milk to moisten.
    Stir.
    Melt butter and pour over potato mixture.
    Stir again.
    Pour into buttered pan.
    Top with crushed corn flakes.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
