Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini squash
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream together eggs, oil and sugar. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture and mix well. Add squash and nuts and stir thoroughly. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick test is done.
