Meringue Pie Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In electric mixer, beat egg whites on high for about 3 to 4 minutes.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Beat on high, stirring often, until stiff peaks form.
    Add vanilla the last few minutes.
    Spread onto cream pie tops.
    Will top 2 pies.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until peaks are browned.
