Party Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped onion (1 medium)
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. sherry wine
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. diced, cooked chicken, ham, turkey or 1/2 lb. large shrimp, cooked and cut in half
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento (2 oz. jar), drained
6 oz. spaghetti (vermicelli or thin), cooked and drained
Preparation

In a saucepan, cook the onion, celery and garlic in margarine until tender. Blend in soup, water, cheese, sherry, parsley and pimento. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
Stir often. Add meat or shrimp and heat for a few minutes.
Pour over spaghetti and mix.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
