Toffee Cookie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate or milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. ground nuts

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg yolk and vanilla.
Beat. Add flour and mix thoroughly.
Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
