Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots, diced
    3 potatoes, diced
    1 stem celery, diced
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
    1 qt. milk
    1 piece butter (stick)
    2 cans minced clams
    1 bottle clam juice (optional)
Preparation
    Cook carrots, potatoes and celery in pan.
    Melt butter; add cornstarch and flour.
    Add milk and thicken.
    Gradually add hard-boiled eggs and clams; add to the cooked vegetables.
    Simmer.
