Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage (hot may be used) at room temperature
    1 pkg. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. cheese (optional)
Preparation
    After sausage is soft enough, mix together with biscuit mix, flour and cheese.
    Knead together and make into small balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
