Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head crisp lettuce, wash and drain well
    1 large cauliflower
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (depends on how well you like cheese)
    1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
    1/2 c. green onion
    1 c. regular mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and drain lettuce; tear into pieces in a large Tupperware bowl.
    Break up cauliflower (small pieces).
    Make layers. Sprinkle on cheese.
    Crumble bacon, then green onion.
    Last spread mayo on.
    Then sprinkle sugar on top.
    Spread mayo like cake icing.
    Refrigerate with lid for
    8 to 12 hours before serving. Toss before serving (about 15 minutes).
