Hot Fudge Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
    2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and margarine in 2-quart saucepan.
    Add sifted sugar.
    Stir until smooth.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook over low heat.
    Once heated through, let simmer about 10 minutes.
    Serve warm over ice cream.
