Soy Tex(Numeat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pulp from 1 lb. soybeans
3 Tbsp. arrowroot powder
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 c. cashews, ground
2 Tbsp. lemon juice or 1/4 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. yeast flakes
2 tsp. salt and onion powder
1/4 tsp. savory
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Mix together and put into cans up to 1-inch from the top. Cover.
Place cans in pan and fill pan with boiling water.
Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
