Home Style Skillet Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thick pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb.)
4 thick slices of onion
16 oz. can pork and beans
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Brown chops in skillet.
Pour off fat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top chops with onion slices, cover.
Cook over low heat 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook uncovered 15 minutes or until done.
Stir occasionally.
