Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pkg. graham crackers
3/4 stick margarine, melted
1/4 c. sugar
cinnamon
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
6 large or 7 medium eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Add some cinnamon to the 1/4 cup sugar and mix together.
Add graham crackers and margarine; mix well.
Line a sheet cake pan with foil and spread the crust evenly, including up the sides of pan.
