Peanut Butter And Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 (4 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 chocolate flavored crumb crust or graham cracker crust
coarsely chopped peanuts (optional)
Preparation

In a large mixer bowl, combine cream cheese and peanut butter; beat with an electric mixer until combined.
Add powdered sugar and milk; beat until combined.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into pie shell.
Sprinkle with peanuts, if desired.
Cover and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
(Can be drizzled with chocolate syrup!)
Makes 8 servings.
