Texas Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes, cooked and diced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. dill pickles, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
5 hard-cooked eggs
1 small jar pimientos
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. dill pickle juice
3 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all into large bowl.
Garnish with paprika.
Cover bowl and chill.
