Spinach Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. grated Cheddar
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Beat eggs, add other ingredients.
    Pour over melted butter.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool before cutting into bars.
