Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large ears corn
    12 onions, chopped
    12 bell peppers (6 red and 6 green), chopped
    1 large cabbage, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook corn on cob and cut off.
    Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Pack in hot jars and seal. Makes 12 to 14 pints.
