Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, cooked and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 carton sour cream
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped chives
    paprika, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stir sour cream and cheese together; add to hot potatoes. Beat until smooth.
    Add butter, chives, salt and pepper.
    Pour into well-greased 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
