Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jar diced pimento, undrained
    2 cans corn (creamed or frozen)
    1 c. cracker crumbs (about 15 saltines)
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. American cheese, diced
    2 Tbsp. onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and well set.
