Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boneless beef round steak, cubed
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 medium unpeeled potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
    5 medium carrots, cut into chunks
    1 celery rib, cut into 1-inch chunks
    1 large onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chunky stewed tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    1 tsp. browning sauce
    1 c. frozen peas
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, brown the steak in oil.
    Add the next eight ingredients; cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours, stirring twice.
    Add the peas, salt and pepper during the last 30 minutes of baking.
    Yields 6 servings; 263 calories per serving, 33 mg cholesterol and 5 g fat.
