Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 3/4 c. water
9 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. onion salt (optional)
2 1/4 c. milk
7 c. mashed potatoes (prefer Hungry Jack)
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Preparation

Combine water, butter, salt and onion salt.
Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add milk, mashed potatoes, sour cream and cream cheese.
Mix with mixer to make sure it is smooth.
Put in 3-quart casserole.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
